I. Order Processing Time
Standard processing: Orders for all in-stock items are usually processed and packed within 1-3 working days.
Customized products: As customized products require additional processing time (such as engraving, special design, etc.), it usually takes 5 to 10 working days to complete the production. The specific time will vary depending on the complexity of the order and the workshop schedule.
Notification and Update: Once your order is packaged and delivered to the Courier company, you will receive a confirmation email containing logistics tracking information, allowing you to keep track of the transportation progress at any time.
Ii. Mode of Transportation and Delivery Time
Transportation within the United States
Standard transportation: Usually takes 3 to 7 working days.
Express delivery: We offer an express service within 2-3 working days. Please select and pay the additional fee at checkout.
Express delivery: For urgent orders, you can choose the express delivery option that takes 1-2 working days.
International transportation
Standard international transportation: It is expected to take 10 to 20 working days. The exact delivery time depends on the destination country and the customs clearance speed.
Fast international shipping: We offer a fast service within 5 to 10 working days to meet the needs of customers who require faster delivery.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes due to local policies, and these costs shall be borne by the customers.
Iii. Freight Description
The shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout and determined based on your delivery address, the mode of transportation you choose and the weight of your package.
Free standard shipping service is available for orders over $100 within the United States.
The freight charges for international transportation may vary depending on different countries and regions. The specific amount will be displayed before the order is confirmed.
Iv. Packaging and Protection
Every EliseLeathercraft product is carefully packaged to ensure it is not damaged during transportation. We use eco-friendly materials for wrapping, which not only ensures safety but also demonstrates our sense of responsibility for sustainable development. For small accessories, we will provide scratch-resistant protective bags. For larger items, specially customized protective boxes will be used.
V. Delivery Responsibility
Delivery confirmation: Once the logistics system indicates that the package has been successfully delivered, we will consider the order completed. Please make sure that the address is correct and secure when receiving the package.
Loss and Damage: In case of loss or damage during transportation, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide relevant photos or proof. We will assist you in filing a claim with the transportation company and provide you with a replacement or refund option.
Address error: Please ensure that the address you filled in when placing the order is complete and correct. If the package cannot be delivered or is returned due to incorrect address filling, the customer shall bear the cost of re-sending it.
Vi. Explanation of Special Circumstances
Peak holiday periods: During festivals such as Christmas and Thanksgiving, transportation companies may experience delays. Please arrange your orders in advance.
Force majeure factors: In the event of transportation delays caused by weather, natural disasters or emergencies, we will do our best to coordinate with the logistics company, but do not guarantee the delivery time.
For multiple orders: If the items you purchase include both in-stock and custom-made products, they may be sent separately to ensure that in-stock items can be delivered as soon as possible.
Vii. Tracking and Notification
Each order will be equipped with a logistics tracking number. You can check the transportation progress in real time through the website of the express company. Meanwhile, our system will send you reminders at key nodes of transportation, including shipping confirmation, transportation and estimated delivery time.

For international orders, please pay attention to the following points
Tariffs and taxes: Some countries may impose tariffs or value-added taxes on imported goods, and these costs shall be borne by the recipient.
