If you encounter any problems during your shopping process, please rest assured that our return and refund policy will help you solve them smoothly.
I. Applicable Conditions for Returns
Return period: You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date you receive the goods.
Product status: Returned products must remain unused, undamaged, and free of stains, and retain their original packaging and attached labels. Due to the special nature of leather products, returns will not be accepted if the goods have been obviously used or have personal marks (such as creases, scratches, engravings, etc.).
Customized products: All customized orders (such as exclusive customization with engraving, special colors or designs) will not be accepted for return or refund unless there are quality issues. We will confirm all the customization details with you before placing your order to avoid any misunderstandings.
Quality issues: If the goods you receive have workmanship defects, transportation damage or are seriously inconsistent with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide clear photos so that we can handle it for you as soon as possible.
Ii. Return Process

Contact our customer service team and provide the order number, the reason for the return and relevant photos.
Confirmation and Guidance: The customer service will reply within 2 working days to confirm whether the return meets the conditions and provide you with the return address and relevant instructions.
Return the goods: Please return the goods within 7 days after confirmation and keep the express receipt. Unless the return is due to quality issues, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
Inspection and Refund: We will complete the inspection within 5 working days after receiving the goods and initiate the refund process once confirmed to be correct.
Iii. Refund Instructions
Refund method: The refund will be returned to your original payment account (credit card, PayPal or other payment methods).
Refund time: Once the refund application is approved, the funds will usually arrive within 7 to 10 working days. The exact arrival time may vary depending on the payment channel or the processing time of the bank.
Partial refund: If the product is not in its original condition (such as missing packaging, missing included accessories, etc.), we may deduct a certain amount as repair or compensation fees depending on the circumstances.
Iv. Non-returnable and non-exchangeable situations
Goods that have exceeded the return period.
Goods that have been used or damaged by human factors.
Personalized customization or limited edition products (unless there are quality issues).
Goods damaged due to improper use or maintenance.
V. Exchange Service
If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we would be more than happy to offer assistance. Under the condition of meeting the return criteria, you can choose to exchange the item for another product of equivalent or higher value (if the price is higher, the difference must be made up). The exchange process is the same as the return process.
Vi. Transportation Liability
During the return process, please choose a traceable express delivery method and properly package the goods to avoid damage or loss during transportation. If the damage or loss is caused by the transportation company, we will not be held responsible for it. Therefore, it is recommended that you purchase appropriate insurance for the package when returning the goods.
